And cooking is fun and interesting . How many minutes to cook/fry this and that, how much seasoning to put in because oftentimes you put in too much and then there are the wonderful herbs: garlic, basil, rosemary, ginger, mint. there’s nothing like shopping at the farmers markets for freshness and taste . And I’ve made friends with vendors who have shown me the subtleness of choosing good produce and how to cook them – in ways I would never have thought of ; and I'd like to take my companion with me so we could decide together what to buy. That would make me so happy -

He has taught me the destructive nature of anger and the positive healing effects of forgiveness –how forgiveness can lead to a happier, gentler life and how a person can live a more fulfilling life by helping others. Travelling: I would love to travel throughout northern california - . Go to New England, the deep south, Kentucky, the midwest and see the Amish in PA. And then there is Africa, central america, Switzerland, etc, etc. I prefer not to go on a tourist bus - I really would like to see how the everyday person lives - and taste the local foods. Food reflects the culture.
