There is nothing better than making a beautiful meal for your partner and sharing the day’s triumphs and bumps on the road of life. Traditional indoor events such as the fine arts especially symphony, opera, jazz, social events, entertaining, museums, movies, plays, and or course cooking and eating good wholesome food are the essence of life. I’m financially very secure, very healthy, self-confident, talkative, and quite happy by myself, but would like to share what I have with a life-long partner. I have no children and few surviving relatives.

With science graduate degrees, I worked as an exploration geochemist in the mining industry for 14 years and thereafter saw the light and went into environmental geology for the state environmental protection agency for 25 years. My Karma now is much improved. I'm now semi-retired and do consulting for the federal environmental protection agency as a licensed engineering hydrogeologist. I support animal rights.
I'm a general aviation VFR pilot and have always had a love affair for the Cessna Skyhawks. I enjoy amateur astronomy, bicycling, back packing/camping, cooking, many kinds of music, dancing, dogs and cats, downhill skiing, heavy duty gardening, motorcycling, reading, ice skating, traveling mostly within North and South America, theatre, weight lifting, wood working, and most home construction projects.
