Lately, I've been enjoying the sunny skies and relaxing pace of Palm Springs. I like to recharge my batteries poolside, with a bunch of good books/magazines and an icy stash of Diet Cokes. I would love to buy a mid-century, modern-style home here someday.
I was born in Canada but greatly prefer the climate of the southern U.S. I have also lived in Atlanta, GA, Sarasota, FL and other parts of Southern California since becoming a permanent resident in 1997.
Travel/exploration play a big role in my life. Thus far, I've been to England, Wales, Denmark, Italy, Germany, The Czech Republic, Puerto Rico, Anguilla, Saint Martin, Jamaica, Trinidad/Tobago and Oahu. France (river cruising/wine tasting), Germany (Nurburgring/Octoberfest) and Switzerland (CERN) are coming up in September.

My life has a diverse soundtrack. I'm mainly listen to hard rock but also enjoy surf, rockabilly, alternative, new wave, industrial, punk, electronic and reggae with just a dash of country, folk and pop tossed in.
