Date people from Burlingame, United States. I'm a very considerate, caring person and surround myself with those that have a good, positive attitude on life. I'm easy going and don't like to be around any drama - life's too short to not be laughing and enjoying as many little daily moments as possible. I'm looking for someone who's smart, who challenges me, someone who I can discover new things with and basically a best friend. Whether it be traveling, spending time with friends and family or just having some wine and fine dining - I'm looking to experience those things with someone that (not to sound too cheesy) completes me...
Meet a soulmate from Burlingame, United States. I was born to circus folk, on the road all the time, living the dream, having fun....it was a happy childhood until one day disaster struck. My dad, who was billed as The Human Cannonball, was about to perform when a guy named Eddie, who was loading the cannon, got distracted by a fistfight between two of the clowns, and accidentally poured too much gunpowder into the breech. I remember my dad patting me on the head just before he climbed into the cannon and saying, "Don't worry son, it's perfectly safe." He was smiling as he lowered himself into the dreaded machine and the crowd grew silent. Eddie lit the fuse and the countdown began. FIVE...FOUR...THREE...TWO...ONE...BOOM!!!! The cannon roared much louder than usual, a great rush of flame from the barrel. Through the smoke and flame my father flew out of the cannon, so fast he was only a blur. But this time, instead of the gentle arc he usually flew into the net on the other side of the ring, he shot right through the canvas roof, blasting into the sky. Aghast, we all watched as he became just a little speck in the sky, rocketing past 25,000 feet in altitude and ultimately disappearing into the blue...Mom was never the same. She wouldn't talk. So she became a ventriloquist and we traveled the burlesque circuit. Mom driving, me and the dummy sharing a suitcase...
As time went by, the dummy and I developed an intense sibling rivalry of sorts. We both sat on Mom's knee during the act and I became the straight man, enduring his endless wooden-headed wisecracks and snide comments. Sure, the audience thought it was funny, but inside I fumed at the humiliation by this lump of wood in his stupid striped sport jacket, bow tie and saddle shoes. One day, not being able to take it anymore, I left the act to strike out on my own.
A few days later, outside of Schenectady NY, the cops picked me up for questioning. It seems the dummy had been found, murdered, lying in a pool of sawdust...
A while later, after spending the night in the pokey, the cops released me. It seems a witness came forward who saw a car speeding away from the scene of the crime. It was a little, tiny car. With 27 clowns inside...
P.S. Thank you to those who enjoyed my pitiful attempt at humor and also to those who gently suggested I obtain psychiatric help.

I own a small business that provides me with enough income to pay the bills, that's about all. I work hard, and would just like to have someone to spend some time with, not flashy, just dinner and a drink, and some conversation.

Date someone special from Burlingame, United States. I would love to find someone to share my love of the outdoors, and love of cultural events (plays and symphonies). My closest friends are from childhood and some I have been friend's with since we were six years old. Old friends are wonderful to have in my life but I'm looking forward to meeting someone who can share another part of my life. I love to cook and have romantic meals, taking our wine into the livingroom and sitting by the fire conversing afterward. I love all kinds of music and love to go to a good concert or club.
