A little about me: Having a sense of humor is key but also knows when to be serious. I have a quick and sometimes sarcastic wit, but with a smile so never offensive. Maybe a dry sense of humor would be a better description. Trust is sooo important and I will never compromise when it comes to that so therefore,no games. Board games yes! I'm independent but looking for someone to depend on and I look forward to being depended on again. I am loyal and you might say honest to a fault and have a kind, loving heart as well as a nurturing spirit. My friends describe me as positive,outgoing,affectionate,empathetic and high energy. I like to be spontaneous but also pride myself in being organized. My family is a huge part of my life. I have some lifelong friends that I also consider like family. It's time for me to share these qualities with another person. I am a very active person but no formal exercise. (Note: not so active that I enjoy running, but I like new adventures so if you want to take me on a run, I'm game. I just may not run as far or as long as you. Maybe instead, just meet you for a coffee when you're done.) I love to travel, and am a mom to some amazing kids, and a nurse who's seen some things. I love to travel,cook,work in my yard,enjoy the beautiful outdoors,listen to music,and spend time with friends and family. Always open to new adventures. For example, I have some fear of heights so in order to conquer that, I went ziplining [and loved it] and then repelling down a cliff [not sure I'd do that again!]. Will volunteer in the fall through the Panetta Institute with their literacy program for children.
I would like to get to know someone whose company I can enjoy. Someone to laugh with, learn with and relax with and someone to share a friendship with and possibly beyond. I'm looking for someone who is loyal,confident but not controlling, affectionate,can play with abandon. I do like to cook but it's nice if you can find your way around the kitchen,it's more enjoyable if it's the 2 of us! I'm tired of dancing with my vacuum cleaner, so let's go dancing!
