I have two great boys, one who's graduated from college and the other who lives with me part-time and is going into his junior year in high school. It's great to see your kids grow and blossom and they are an important part of my life.

I have a career in healthcare administration that I enjoy and am happy to have found work-life balance in the past year which affords me free time to enjoy with family and friends. I adore my two grown sons -- they are my heroes. My favorite season is fall, especially mid-November through New Year's Day because it is a time of thanks and of giving. Giving brings me great joy and Christmas Eve is my favorite day of the year. The excitement and anticipation that is such a big part of the day is palpable, and I love that I am surrounded by family and holiday traditions.
I was a one-time music major, then a one-time art major. I love both but did not want to pursue a formal education in either. After hitting my stride career-wise, I returned to school and completed an undergraduate degree in business with focus in organizational psychology and development and a masters degree in education with a concentration in instructional technology. I still love the arts, I have always had a passion for most music, and I have been intrigued by technology for years. I like intellectual humor and I love to laugh. Thanks to my family, I can certainly laugh at myself, too. I am selective about the movies I watch and don't watch a lot of TV these days, but I love HBO's new show The Newsroom.
My favorite exercise is walking which I do a few times a week. Music gets me moving, too. I can feel the rhythm inside me and need to at least tap my foot to the beat.
