Meet someone special from United States. I last worked at an elementary school and enjoyed watching children discover the world through. Their antics make me laugh and smile. I once had approximately 20 pets that I cared for. I am looking for someone who knows how to treat a lady, someone who can understand when I need my space, and who is not moody. I am interested in finding someone who can communicate, who is interested in what I say and cares about what is important to me at the moment, regardless if you feel that what I am saying is of no importance to you. I am looking for someone who will come alongside me, and will encourage me. I would love if you were honest, fun, a man of your word, and at times helpful. I need a man who can look past the fact that I had my right leg amputated above my knee six years ago. The one thing that bothered me the most about the amputation was, "Who is ever going to want a one legged woman?" Maybe no one, and that will be okay, Not fun, but okay. I am most proud that I have a book of blank verse poetry in the Library of Congress. I am proud of who I grown up to be. I have raised two girls, 22 and 25, that appear to have turned out okay. This is a new thing for me, and not really sure of what to make of all this, but here I am and I am looking for someone to laugh with, cry with, travel with, see and learn about new places.
