Date someone special from California, United States. As I stated before, I'm an ultra-conservative who takes the absolute truths of the Bible seriously. I have a hard time with false Christians and those who distort the plain truths of the Bible, like the Mormons, Jehovah's Witness, and the "Faith Movement crowd like Benny Hinn, Joyce Myers, Crefflo Dollar, Paul and Jan Trout and their likes. I want someone who is a true ultra-conservative Christion and we could edify each other.
My social life is a joke. I have a very bad back and have to use a walker and pain pills just to get thru the day. I have never cared for crowds. that's why I don't go to theaters or restaurants. Actually, the way I look at dating, is a way to get to know each other. You can't do that while concentrating on a movie or with 20 kajillion people around you yapping on their blasted cell phones. Yes, I have one, but it's turned on only at home. other times it's turned off, but with me for emergencies only.
My idea of a good date, where you can really get to know each other would be window shopping at the Galleria, or walking around at Ellis Lake, or, just staying home and enjoying each others company.

. I'm happily retired from a successful and rewarding career in elementary school teaching. I continue to see my mostly female colleagues who I dearly cherish, and who keep me young, (did I say I love to dance?) but I hope to meet a like-minded female with whom I can spend my intimate hours. I'm very active. I love surfing, dancing, traveling, and other fun stuff, but I can be serious, also.
I'm serious about exercise and eating right. I'm in a racketball league, swim 50 laps once or twice a week, kayak through the canals, bike to Newport over on the ferry, and, first choice, surf whenever possible. I'd love to share any of these activities, but, I'm not pushy.

The sunsets, moonlit walks, etc. are hard to enjoy alone. My 21 year old son,Tim, just moved out, so I have more time and room to search for my future companion, lover, wife, best friend.
I have a daughter, happily married, living in San Clemente, and 3 wonderful grandchildren. I'm an optimist who feels very fortunate to be where I am, in fairly good shape, eating healthily, getting plenty of exercise, with a great family and many wonderful friends.
