I'm sincere and honest, pretty smart, easygoing , with a broad sense of humor, playful - but I don't play games - romantic,and affectionate. I am understanding, reasonable, reliable, emotionally and financially stable. People say I'm a "nice guy".
I retired young from a successful professional career ; started another just for fun and it was ; now with nothing to prove, I'm reaping the benefits and enjoying life.
I have great and accomplished kids and fantastic grandchildren ( aren't everyone's ? ) and we are all close and good friends. My favorite spectator sport is whatever a grandkid happens to be playing.
My interests are varied, my tastes eclectic ; I enjoy movies and TV, concerts, theater, the Bowl, reading, bridge, dining, travel, and I am happy doing most anything -- or nothing ! -- particularly when sharing it with the right partner. I do like the beach; riding the coastal bike paths, walking on the wet sand, or just sitting on the deck with " . . . a jug of wine, a loaf of bread, and thou", captivated by a glorious Pacific sunset. I also like the mountains ; ski some in winter, hike a liitle in summer, - but not as often as I'd like.
Notwithstanding all that fun stuff, some of the best times are just hanging out , curled up with a good book, watching "Jeopardy" or a movie, snuggling with that special one. . . It's all great when you're sharing it with the right partner.!
