I (we have to use this word a lot in this section) volunteer at our parish as vice chairman of the school board and the coach of the Academic Decathlon team. A number of years ago I worked to establish the Fly Fishing Merit Badge for the Boy Scouts and have been an instructor in that sport.
To relax, I enjoy reading, playing the guitar, and tying fishing flies.
