Date a man from Marina del Rey, United States. As a single family father I spent the last five years raising my two sons that are now away at
college. I now have the opportunity to start life in a new direction. As a principal in a successful
engineering consulting firm I am free to pursue my interests in snow skiing, water skiing, scuba
diving, and travel/cruising, spending a lot of time on the water. My many years of martial arts
training has enabled me remain in excellent condition. Age disclosure is usually met with a,
"Yeah sure!" Stereo types about my education and age are invalid. My conditioning enables me
to ski the steep and deep with my sons as well as scuba dive and water ski with them. (I just hurt
more the next day.) I enjoy theater, dining, dancing, travel, and have my own tux, know which
fork to use, hold my own with chop sticks, and have season tickets to the civic light opera, and
still open a door for a lady. I am one of those guys that can tear an engine apart in the morning
and go to a formal dinner dance in the evening, cleaning up well in the process, and am
comfortable and confident in all venues. Travels have included living in Europe...even if some
of it was in a VW van and some it on a motor yacht, also Japan, and Central America and
Mexico, mostly by boat. I have taken numerous cruises with my sons to introduce them to
foreign cultures, painlessly and without packing and unpacking. I am fairly spontaneous and
always seem to find the funny side of life, even it isn't. I do not carry any baggage from previous
relationships and am fairly well balanced. I hope to find someone that would enjoy my
"movin4ward" life style and be willing to blend her perspectives, grace and lifestyle with mine,
and move forward with life.
