Date someone special from La Canada Flintridge, United States. Please tell me this part was easier for you than it has been for me? It's not that I don't have anything to share, but sometimes that line between confidence and 'too much' is fuzzier in writing than it would be in person. I'm typically calm and collected under pressure (you should see some of the antics in the maternity ward where I pick up weekend shifts; the drama can be entertaining!) so I'm ready for this challenge, too.
I have true Southern roots, which means that I am an amazing cook. We believe in flavor and admittedly fall victim to the allure of farm fresh produce, and I'm no stranger to cholesterol boosting menus! The advantage is that the desire to keep their men happy runs deep in Southern women, so even though I appreciate space in relationships and am not the type to keep tabs on anyone, I understand the power of nurturing feelings through outward expressions.
I am blessed to have a successful career that keeps me challenged and secure, but wise enough to know that there is more to life than work. I cherish my downtime and my time with my daughter (at 15 she's starting to get particularly interesting) but crave the companionship of someone who might encourage me to stop and smell a few more roses.
I am attracted to tall men (at 5'9" I define tall as at least 5'10") with great smiles. Being well educated is important, but so is the ability to engage in witty conversation. Please be solid, caring, supportive and have a good sense of humor. I'd like to meet someone who complements my hardworking, empathetic and dependable nature.
