Date someone special from Joshua Tree, United States. I'm new to this, but here it goes...
I like to have fun, but at this point in my life I don't play games. I am very loving and loyal. Family is very important to me. I'm fortunate that some of my best friends are family members. I didn't get to have kids, but always wanted to be a mom. I'm not interested in having my own children, but would be open to sharing yours.
I love the outdoors - skiing, hiking, camping, rockclimbing, water sports. I like the occasional dinner out, or a quiet dinner at home that we made together, with a nice glass of wine (I never learned to like beer). I have a great job with the park service, and love to get away whenever possible. I love road trips to out of the way places.
I'm not impressed by fancy clothes or fancy cars, but am looking for someone who is genuine, caring and affectionate. When I was younger I took myself and life in general way too seriously. Life is much more enjoyable when I can go with the flow. I've learned not to sweat the small stuff, and focus on what's really important. And I love to laugh, even if it's at my self!
I love to kiss and cuddle to start and end the day (I've been told I'm a great kisser!), and if it leads to something more, that's great. I like to hold hands, and give or get a kiss just because, even if it's in public. I believe that a strong physical connection is a very important part of a lasting relationship.
My faith is important to me, and I attend church regularly because I enjoy the fellowship. I believe we all connect with God in our own way, and I try my best to respect others' beliefs.
I have 2 large dogs that are great company, but I want more. I was married for a long time, and miss the love and friendship that are the basis of a relationship. I believe in being half of a couple, not just 2 people who spend time together when it's convenient. I'm looking for that man I can connect with physically and emotionally, as we share this adventure called life.
