I am a person who enjoys laughter. I think it makes tough times bearable and happy times even better. I adore my children, and value family. I enjoy many activities and exercise as many days a week as I can. It keeps me feeling great mentally and physically, it also allows me to eat the things I like. I ride my bike for exercise, I don't like it very much, but some things are a must. Yoga, tap dancing, i've done it since I was 4 years old, and hiking are some other favorites.
