Date someone special from Nevada City, United States. Funny, nice, loyal, good at my job. LOVE all animals and wish I could save everyone last one in harms way. Clean and organized. Home boday to some degree. I love to cook but also like when other people cook for me. I like spoiing those close to me and I like getting spoiled. I am kind of old fashioned and do like chivalry. I can be shy at times but once you kow me not shy one bit. I work hard and want someone to be as passionate about their work as I am, don't do well with slackers. I like to travel. I can get along with anyone and can adapt to any setting. I like wine tasting and gormet food. I like to exercise with the person I am dating or in a relationship with. I like anything new and exciting. I love the movies. I want someone who likes to work on the house and yard together. I want a bestfriend at the end of the day. I want someone responsible, caring, loving, nice, honest loyal & FUNNY!
Meet a soulmate from Nevada City, United States. I dream of having an awesome, decked-out, fuel-efficient camper van for wide ranging adventures. For the weekend we could load up the dogs and go wine tasting in Amador, hiking on the Mendocino coast, or play in the snow at Tahoe. ItРІР‚в„ўd be great if youРІР‚в„ўre comfortable roughing it a bit, but donРІР‚в„ўt mind a little luxury here and there.
I can't remember the last time I was bored. Literally. I find life mesmerizing. I love Netflix but, like me, do you wonder how some folks find so much time to watch TV?
I was conceived in Kenya, recently trekked through Turkey, and am looking forward to sipping sangria in Spain this fall. Closer to home, I enjoy taking my mutt Moxie on adventures and trail walks in the creek canyon that is my backyard. Hopefully you share my wanderlust, love of the outdoors, and fondness for pooches.
And all that is not to say that I don't like to slow down, sit by the fire, and play backgammon. I love hosting friends for dinner parties and look forward to doing that with a partner. But I'm also fully committed to creating time just for the two of us.
My friends and I have a running joke about how often our conversations start with "Did you hear that story on NPR...?" We're considering a moratorium on starting our sentences that way. If youРІР‚в„ўre curious about the world and human nature, IРІР‚в„ўm sure weРІР‚в„ўll easily find things to talk about.
I always strike up conversations with folks I encounter in my day. In fact, when I graduated from law school in NY, some of the folks who ran the neighborhood deli came out with me to celebrate. IРІР‚в„ўm looking for a partner who appreciates people from every walk of life and treats everyone with respect.
My main addiction is live music – you can often find me dancing close to the stage. I enjoy a variety of music, but I’m more South By Southwest than Burning Man. And I have a weakness for karaoke. My go-to karaoke songs aren't exactly current, but "White Rabbit" and "Time Warp" always get the audience to their feet!
IРІР‚в„ўm Buddhist-leaning. On a recent week-long silent retreat I found it refreshing and disorienting to spend a week totally quiet, without phone or email. Though, strangely, the thing I missed most was not being able to check the weather forecast.
I have an amazing community, sweet home and interesting work here in the sierra foothills but I'd consider relocating for the right person. Together, letРІР‚в„ўs make the mundane things in life fun - like an everyday trip to the hardware store. And the fun things in life extraordinary.
