I grew up in Michigan, so have those good ol' Midwestern values… Travel is an extreme passion for me and some of my favorite places I’ve been recently: exploring New Zealand and Australia, hiking Cambodia, surfing Costa Rica, scuba diving Belize/Cabo/Maui, and skiing just about anywhere. I also recently started biking and absolutely love it! But I also need my chill time and enjoy just hanging out at the beach, walking my dog, and meeting up with friends.
My friends would also describe me as smart, fun, witty, attractive, adventurous, and yes, sometimes a tad loud... I do love a good laugh. So, a little about me in a nutshell… I’m a very loving, loyal and, passionate person… I love to laugh and have a great sense of humor… serious and driven. I’ve travelled a lot before arriving to Southern California and now wonder why I didn't get here sooner. It's so nice to be able to spend time outdoors all year around, near the beach or in the mountains, or take some adventurous road-trips to one of the cities nearby. I love the outdoors… I’ve already liked jogging and swimming and now I'm training in cycling so I can compete in sprint triathlons (I recently ran in the Iron Girl race… loved it!). I love the great weather here, the fitness and how nice and laid back the people are here. However, the best part about living here is how close I'm now living to my family. I’m a veterinarian so I obviously love animals as well so if you have any… I’m sure we’ll get along well. )
I really enjoy traveling and going on excusrsions. I just got back from a 2-week biking trip through Northern Thailand, and my favorite trips to date have been my safari trip through Tanzania to watch wildebeest migration though Serengeti National Park, and a recent trip to southern India to volunteer Veterinary services. Next up on my To-do list is a trip through the backroads of China… anyone adventurous interested??
