Words that best describe me are, down to earth, confident, ambitious, loyal, career driven, good sense of humor, drama-free type of person with a positive attitude and outlook in life. I believe in working hard to achieve your goals and dreams, but I also balance that with a healthy dose of fun, family and friends.
On the weekends, or at least a couple of times a month I play golf with friends, workout 2 to 3 times a week, run, bike, racquetball and tennis. When I'm not out and about, I enjoy having people over for dinner/BBQ but also enjoy some downtime at home watching a movie.
I don't watch much TV but I stay current by getting my news from Jon Stewart at the Daily Show and my current events from Chelsea Handler - lol
My ideal match would be an independent woman with a good sense of humor, passionate, honest, affectionate, preferably with a career who's looking for a lasting relationship.

Date single man from Chula Vista, United States. Hello,
I said to myself, "Something has got to change!!!" Like the title says, I really do have a, "Good Life Need Someone to Share It With." I do the same things that couples do i.e. movies, dinner, trips. BIG difference, it is always going alone or with family.
I have been living in the Sunny San Diego area since 2004. Friends back home say that I am true friend to have and, I am easy to get along with. Not bragging, really, one thing about myself. When my Father talks to people about me, he always says, "This is my boy, he is first in our family to graduate from college." Due to my life experiences I have come to the realization that I am grateful to be alive.
It is kind of sad and, very disappointing but, I have been on this site for a year. Unfortunately, I have not made it to the proverbial, “First Date” not even a coffee. I and especially my nice, who showed and helped me with this site, do not understand why. I said to her jokingly, "Maybe it’s the "Eighth Wonder of the World". To quote her, “Uncle, it’s there loss”
I worked on Oil Rigs during the summers to pay for my college. I taught for awhile, served sometime in the Armed Forces and did some other stuff before finally retiring in 2007. To answer these questions: I don’t live at home in my mother’s basement and I am not unemployed. My mom passed away while I was deployed to Iraq. And I am retired. Some people can be so cruel and thoughtless. Apologizes if offended: I busted my ass working, was fiscally disciplined and money smart. That is why I retired young. IT"S ALL TRUE NO B.S. ask my family.
Please, if I write to you, response back. Even if it is to say, I AM NOT INTERESTED. I have taken the time to read your story, contemplate it, and write to you. I would do the same for you as well. It’s the right and respectable thing to do.
Take care have a nice day or evening. :)
Meet a man from Chula Vista, United States. I'm a Christian man who is into working out and plays semi-pro football. I like to go to the beach, movies, and fishing. Health is important so I am looking for a woman who takes care of herself. I'm NOT looking for the next top model but a real woman. Who is laid back like me and knows how to laugh and have fun or just cuddle on the couch. Cause I am very affectionate. I'm a big guy with a big heart. Looking for the right woman to share it with.
