Had the opportunity to be in S. Korea twice, in 2008 and 2009. My daughter and her husband were stationed there in the Army. Beautiful transportation system. Interesting food. Love the winter, not fond of the summer there. Traveled through Central America looking at Mayan ruins in early 2000's. Cruised first time in 2009, loved, loved it! Took a road trip with my son and grandaughter to Durango, CO in July 2010 and had a beautiful adventure; Mammoth and Yosemite for the Labor day weekend. Hawaii for Spring Break (April, 2011); North Carolina and Kentucky for Easter. Would love some day to see Europe (particularly Greece), Australia, Alaska, and more of the US. Just returned, (July, 2011) from an adventure to North Carolina with a stop in Idaho. Grew up camping and given the opportunity to be in a forest again, I would welcome that experience as long as I was able to have a few comforts of home, like a nice bed and no leaky tents!
