I have the honor of caring for my mom as we deal with the challenges of getting ready to "go home". This requires a lot of time and energy, but Mom and I both know how important it is for me to have time away. One of my brothers is available to give me a respite. I can almost always arrange to get away for coffee (or tea) and conversation.
My back has been broken (and repaired, thankfully) several times, so I have some physical limitations. No mountain climbing for me! Dancing around the house is always fun though, especially with a partner...I may not have great technique, but I make up for it with enthusiasm!
