I play hard and I work hard. I spend M -F working inside an airconditioned building, therefore, I like to spend my weekends outside doing anything in the sunshine. How lucky are we to be 2 hours or less from beaches, mountains and the deserts! Have you explored California? I have explored some, but not hardly enough!
You already know by my code name that I like to dance! Country Line Dancing is my outlet for exercise. But don't let this scare you away as it does not require a partner. Are you still interested in playing or dancing with me? Actually, I enjoy many types of music, but not rap,hip/hop or heavy metal. Always excited to see a play or go to the theatre and finding those "not a chain" or hole in the wall restaurants with really good food. Piano Bars that play the oldies but goodies (Rat Pack, Billy J, Rod S, Neil D, Elton etc) are always a thumbs up for me.
My son participated in 3 sports while growng up and I thoroughly enjoyed going to all his games and being the "Team Mom". His travel team provided great excuses to visit many cities in the US. I am a unique female who REALLY enjoys watching sports and actually understands the games.
I have not had the opportunity to travel abroad but I do hope to do so in this next chapter of my life with that special someone.
The reality of life today is that I am a woman that is still working and supporting herself. I own my home and am proud of my personal and professional accompishments. Thankfully, I enjoy my career as a Business Manager and have maintained this career for almost 20 years. That being said, I like to make the most of my "non working" hours while still accomplishing those "must do" tasks necessary to maintain a home. Finding the balance is key. When "retirement" arrives I am looking forward to even more play time and spending it with that someone special who shares similar dreams.
