Physical conditioning and healthy food are both very important to me. In my younger days I was a competitive runner, but now I am mostly content to exercise-walk for fitness. I would, however, be interested in Masters age-group competition if I found someone with the same interests.

First off I would like to say I have one heck of a sense of humor, I am tall, dark, handsome, strong with a soft side, sincere, lovable, honest, friendly, straightforward, rich, healthy, a good listener, and I set up and roll over too. Well I said I had a good sense of humor( well to be truthful some of them are true).
You know it's really hard for me to describe myself, having experienced many things here are a few; fishing, hunting, water and snow skiing, scuba diving, traveling, and being a pilot at one time( single engine only). there are so many more things to experience out there I think it would be nice to share with Special person.
