I stay in shape running on the beach several times a week - my AM ritual. I took great satisfaction from being able to keep up with my 21-yr-old son in April 2012, on a whirlwind visit to the UK. He finally looked tired on the 4th day, which told me I had done it!

I have two wonderful, grown-up kids, one works as a ESL teacher in India, in a school for the lowest-class (caste) girls, who traditionally have never been educated. My son is in the UK for the school year, and is taking as many opportunities as he can find to travel and explore.
