Since none of my pics really show the complete me, I also volunteer this description: I'm 5'11", 225lbs, dark brown eyes and hair (curly / wavy, but short), bald on top, with a full beard and moustache - which I keep neatly trimmed, well conditioned, and soft! Muscular arms, shoulders, and chest. A little soft around the middle, but I work on that, twice a week with a trainer! Great legs, calves, and butt - at least I'm told!

I work hard, then I work even harder as a dad to 2 sons. 1 is 20 who lives with me part time. 1 is 16 who lives with his mom. For my sanity (and health), I exercise quite a bit, alternating hll hikes with yoga, T'ai Chi, kung-fu and the more traditional gym stuff.
