I have three kids, ages 15, 13, and 11, who I adore and who live with me most of the time. Nothing gives me greater pleasure than seeing a smile on my kids' faces. My kids keep me young.

I love the water. Just being around water relaxes me. In the backyard by the pool is good. At the beach just watching the waves crash settles me.

I truly believe that laughter is the best medicine. I have a somewhat off-the-wall sense of humor that tends to take over at times, yet I have the ability to string together a series of multi-syllabic words to construct a reasonable sentence.
I don't take life too seriously. Although we all have our roles to play, we're only here for a short while.
My glass is more than half full. Its overflowing. Usually with wine.
I'm somewhat unconventional both personally and professionally. I'm not better than anyone else, just different.

OK, having been asked about religion several times, I'll simply state that I'm the religion of Jim (my name, duh). Be a good person, do the right thing, help people who need help, and good things will come your way. And, yes, I practice what I preach. I actually once helped a little old lady cross the street. As a lawyer I spend a lot of time helping people who can't afford to pay me. Its sorta my way of giving back to the universe for what I have received. I believe in a higher power, just not sure what form that takes.
