Date someone special from United States. Most important in my life are my 2 daughters I use to travel for work and spent too much time out of the country. Now I have the opportunity to spend a great deal of time with my daughters.
I love an adventure. I climb rocks, mountains, frozen waterfalls, etc. I raced bicycles and motorcycles. I enjoy mountain bikes, road bikes, skiing, and hiking. I prefer the mountains over the beach. I don't like to lie out in the sun, but would prefer to play in the sun. I prefer Colorado, California, and Utah over Hawaii. But in Hawaii I prefer Hilo over Kona. I have visited about 12 or 15 countries. Do Mexico and Canada count? I am comfortable in different cultures. The world is not a big Orange County. I enjoy discussing both sides of an issue and appreciate an intelligent opposing position, even when you are wrong. When the TV is not occupied by kid shows, I like PBS and the History Channel. Music plays a big part of my makeup. I listen to music much more than I watch TV. Live music is great, especially in a small venue. Stadium rock was great in my past, but an Eric Clapton concert at a small club would be priceless.
I'd like to date someone that is funny, independent, monogamous, devoted, intelligent, Godly, sober and honest. I do not want a trophy wife. I do not want a short "really good" time. I hope you like to eat any kind of food.
