I lived in Switzerland for about three years and I speak fairly good German, some French and also Italian. Being there I traveled throughout Europe extensively. I also have been to Costa Rica on many occasions as well as Argentina, Chile, Venezuela,and Panama. Because of my work I also have been to the South Pacific in Tonga and Vanuatu, and then in Asia in Singapore Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Nanjing. Finally I go to Hawaii frequently as well. I have edited my profile a couple of times hoping I might stand-out or appear special. I was hoping if I could just say the right witty, insightful, humorous or sentimental thing that would give me an edge or advantage. But in reality I am just like everyone else - no better, no worse.
I have hopes, dreams, ambitions, fears and worries like everyone else. I have had successes and failures, ups and downs and everything in between. I am mostly a decent man, try to be helpful and not cause anyone harm or upset and when I do, being human, I apologize and try to learn from my experience and do better next time.
On the lighter side, I have a great sense of humor and am very playful. I have been told I have a pretty quick wit and I can hold my own in some good spirited bantering and can take it as well as I dish it out. I am very active and live a pretty healthly lifestyle physically, emotionally and spiritually and would like to be with someone with similar priorities. I am a hard worker and I work hard at playing as well. I love animals and nature and more often than not I am doing something outside to have fun.
So what am I looking for in a mate?
