When I want to relax and get away, I like to go the Harbin Hot Springs in Middletown for a several day soak in the warm pool, or a mud bath and massage at Indian Springs in Calistoga.
I have an appetite for creative things; I hold a professional degree in music and love to compose, arrange and record music in my project studio at home. I have been playing the guitar since I was 8 years old, and have picked up other instruments along the way. I am currently experimenting with blending the different genres of Jazz, World and Electronica.
Currently I am working at a Multinational training and development company as their Multimedia Services Manager and am now in my eighth year there. I have been producing an average of ten long-form video shoots per year and fairly facile with a video camera myself. I make training DVD's and online programs designed to train and develop the Program Leaders.
I enjoy workshops on relationship and communication. I have participated fully with The Human Awareness Institute (HAI), More University, The Body Electric School, SFSI, ... have facilitated my own NeoTantra events, private gatherings .. and things like this.

What I’m doing with my life;
I am very involved with the reinvention initiative going on at work. I find myself, spending lots of time with dreaming up new ways to extend the voice of the company through multimedia technology combined with distribution over the internet and our new internal computer network. I will often then go home and turn on my computer there and work on drum and percussion tracks in my project studio. And in case it wasn't apparent from my photos, I love to travel.
I’m really good at; Playing the guitar, running a video shoot, compassionate communication, personal and community transformation and intimate connections.
