Love life humanity and not judgemental or negatively critical of others...funny, charming, witty, spontaneous, surprising loving, passionate and compassion, as well as truly understanding and conceptual..meaning finding ways to manage, improve and advance the relationship. I like a woman who loves to smile at her man if she likes him, having the ability to almost smile naturally is critical for me. My cycling experience spans over 35 years and at least 500,000 miles from Mexico to British Columbia and beyond. I have probably ridden every century in California, and raced every race on the west coast including nearly 5 years as a professional for SR Bicycles in Canada. I just registered for the 40th edition of RAGBRAI and am planning a fast trans Iowa adventure at the end of July on my trusty Bike Friday.
On the personal side, I am the quintessential nice guy with a sharp edge, 6 foot tall, a fit 185 lbs., very good looking with striking ice blue eyes, and tan from riding the roads and canyons above Malibu. I have recently retired from a career in aerospace electronics, I am also a professionally educated (UCLA Culinary Arts) and trained gourmet chef and baker. My experience as a gourmet chef ranges from French to Italian cuisine and everything in between. Argentine Asado and other South American cooking are my favorite ways to entertain. I've made desserts for some of the finest restaurants in Los Angeles. I specialize in Cheesecake and other creamy desserts, flourless chocolate cake is one of my specialties.
