I usually hit the beach first thing in the morning to check the surf - (well, second thing. First stop is at Seaside Cafe for Cappuccino and a good visit with all my friends there). If there's no surf I'll hit the gym - and then work. (Being self-employed I can usually get away with setting my own schedule). Of course the right situation definitly lends itself to occasionally sleeping in ;-) - so sometimes the beach and the coffee just has to wait...
