I am originally from NY (LI) and moved out to California in 1988. I drove cross country and never looked back, though I do love NY and my parents still live there. Grew up in a very small town but in a very large family. I am far away but I still feel close to them.
I'm independent but would love to meet someone I can share life with who is responsible but loves to have fun too. I am not into drama and enjoy being around people that are drama free, I do appreciate honesty. My friends describe me as someone who is relaxed and calm, though my kids wouldn't always agree :) . I do appreciate the finer things in life but consider myself more of a casual person.
A Good conversation, good food and good music are all things that I enjoy, a concert or being up in the mountains or on the water are things that make me feel good. My son is 15 and lives up in the mountains with his Dad, he is a skier so he is not with me all the time and when he is with me he is usually down at the beach surfing. I have twin daughters who are 10 that I love to pieces they always find a way to put a smile on my face. They love music and they love performing.
The road that has led me to this point in my life has been rough at times, but I am thankful for the lessons I've learned along the way and the three beautiful blessing that are a direct result of being on that road wouldn't trade it for anything.
