Date a soulmate from Orange Cove, United States. I had friends over the other night. I made them all dinner and after some adult beverages the discussion moved to me dating. I am guessing it was because it was only myself and four couples. I had them read my profile and asked for a no B.S. assessment. To tell you the truth I didn't really care what the guys had to say. 8) It was a woman's point of view that was needed. This went on for about forty five minutes back and forth. I still had to wash some B.S. off of the conversation and dig a little deeper into their true thought. But after all of that they did seem to feel that it summed me up very well. I feel it's important to make sure this is a fair assessment of myself and who I am. Oh and by the way it was a great meal. Roasted garlic, virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar sesoned bread dip with Italian rolls. Smoked salmon fillets with sauteed onion, green onion, roasted garlic and portabella mushrooms and grilled asparagus . BBQ oyster shooters with lemon roasted garlic cowboy sauce. So much Yum. 8)
I have been on some dates before coming to this site. I have also had some due to this site. I am looking for a woman that will fall for me as much as I will fall for her. But I feel it will take a good amount of time talking and getting to know each other. Spending time together and even apart in hopes we miss each other. I want to build a relationship.
I have Been told I'm funny, caring, loyal, family oriented, creative, levelheaded, protective Intelligent and sweet. I have raised three fine young man. My youngest and oldest are in college and working at the time. My middle son died at age 19 he was also going to college and was one of the nicest young men I have ever known. All three are the stars in my sky. On my own time I like having a drink with my friends around the campfire and just hanging out.I like to dance and have been thinking hard about taking lessons to learn to do it well. I also enjoyed going to things like wine tastings and I love to cook. I cooked for a restaurant for five years and I am not to shabby. I like to take walks and go hiking. I spend a lot of time at the coast in the Santa Barbara area. Up at the lake or riding motorcycle to wherever I feel like going. I Actually enjoy shopping and have been told I have good taste and an eye for color. But taste is in the eyes of the beholder. I am a one woman man. I want to take things slow and get to know the woman I'm with. I'm looking for someone to spend time with, become friends with, and then hopefully fall in love with. We have one life and we need to make the most of it. The ability to be easy-going is a plus.
I am organized I make check lists and plan things out. Failure to plan is planning to fail in my mind. But I am not weird about it and don't expect others to do the same. I am a gentleman and was raised that way. If its opening doors for someone or offering a helping hand I will be there. So know it will always be ladies first and you will never be cold for I will always be ready to give you my coat. I am a romantic and I always love to do things for people and make them feel as special as they are. Whether its cooking a good meal or hunting for the perfect gift it is fun for me and I may start the the hunt 8 months in advance I often have. 8)
I enjoy my work and I'm good at it. I am in the Halloween industry. I have been doing this type of work for a long time and I am at the top. My hands are in almost everything that goes on at The Grove. Was Hobbs Grove. But I don't really fit in. I am a little to normal. Don't get me wrong my job is full of very nice people that are just very different from the norm. But I like it and it keeps things interesting for me.
