Everyone always says "I would never do online dating!" I know so because I said so myself. But after a friend of mine found someone on here, I figured why not? Maybe you can meet someone special on here you otherwise might never would have? Did that make sense? This is so generic... but I'm just looking for someone I can really talk to and be myself around. No false pretenses or insecurities... just you be you, and I'll be me. Its amazing how difficult that is to find. Be caring and kind, hold the doors open for others, say please and thank you. Be real and open to try new things. And don't be too sensitive... I tend to be a sarcastist (yup, I made that up) and lean towards dry humor. Smile and laugh often. Don't take life too seriously and worse case scenario, making a new friend instead isn't the worse thing, right?
This is the hard part, the "sell"... I figure to best way to really make this work and take it seriously is to be completely open and honest. I'm more of a homebody and perfectly comfortable spending the night in. I hate the term, but straight edge pretty much fits me. I live a semi-healthy lifestyle... spend lots of time at the gym and staying active, but I eat horribly haha. I'm very passionate about what I do and tend to wear my heart on my sleeve. I believe that life is really is about the journey more than anything else. Money has never been a big motivator for me, the challenge is what drives me. I hate public restrooms. Disgusting. And the bathroom attendants, bless your soul cuz that's a dirty job. Love food. I think food is a window into culture and way of life. There's so much you can do and how can you not bond over a meal? I probably sound like a fat guy, but I'm really not haha. But then again isn't it the inside that really counts?
