Date single man from Lompoc, United States. I am a “renaissance man” I think, at least I’ve been told that. I have a degree in Env. Bio., was a professional musician, and I'm now a teacher. I can work on cars and around the house, garden, be social and affable, or be happy spending time alone playing guitar. Musically, I relate from Coltrane and originals to Jackson Browne. I like musicals, books, movies, and have been expanding my consciousness the last few years. As a single parent, I raised two wonderful daughters, now in their first and second years of college. I love to surf and if it’s too small or windy I’ll go for a run on the beach or mission pathways with my dogs (left over from my kids.) I do yoga stretching exercises, and lift weights when I have time. I have two fireplaces in my house and a pool and jacuzzi under the stars. I enjoy cooking organic, vegetarian food and wine and chocolate in front of the fire or in the spa. Social justice and responsibility is important to me and I write in the paper sometimes and work for causes. I sell organic fruit from my trees at the local farmer’s market because I believe in local markets and relationships.
I’m not sure about looking for someone to make my life better, maybe life enhancement, but it would be nice to have a compatible friend to do things with, and if there was a strong attraction, so much the better..
