Date single man from Discovery Bay, United States. Former pro musician, retired from active gigging still involved with music for fun. Days I am the QA/QC superintendent for a large contractor currently on the high-rise at 10th & Market. I am romantic, happy, sentimental, and warm. Cynical about all politics and politicians, I can't tell them apart. Because I know when any lips move the truth takes a holiday. Even the talking head commentators avoid reality. Slightly left of center. I love music and nature. Evolved man of the new millennium, I still value family, friends, and stray dogs. I like weekend getaways to the beach, mountains, or desert. My favorite activities are motorcycling, hiking, photography, and playing music for fun. I have a new Electra Glide so you must be comfortable on a bike. Ironically I like to dress up for Fine Dining, Theater, and Symphony. I am not a 'hard core biker dude" and I don't live the "biker lifestyle". No tattoos, don't "party", not on drugs. I would like to meet an intelligent, creative, monogamous, romantic, brave, honest woman. The girl next door or a beauty queen. It's only the skin we're in. Blinding beauty won't outshine a dark or shallow heart, but chemistry is a must so please have a current photo posted (mine are current) before writing or winking. Please have an inner beauty, ethics and morals evident by the grace and beauty you show others, especially the ones that can do nothing for you. Be down to earth, spontaneous, happy, in love with life, music, and being in nature. Creative, well read, interested in current events and the world around us. Have a sense of style. Have something to match my designer suit, and something for the Harley. Do not be a Rush "Limbo" fan... And: I have three children and two granddaughters. Divorced for over 20 years, I am looking for someone to have fun with, and spend the rest of my life with. Extra points if you are giggly, like the sound of rain on a tin roof, PDA, like to discuss philosophy, film and books. You should be OK with a romantic dance down a dusty country road to the music two happy souls make together. I don't ask for anything I do not have to give in abundance.
In two months I may not remember exactly what we said today, but I will remember how you made me feel. If you understand that how we make each other feel is as important as what we actually talk about, I would like to hear from you.........
I read the words about seeing a glass as half full or half empty. I want to say "My cup runneth over", my life is blessed.
