Meet a woman from California, United States. If you are reading this it means you want to know more about me so here it goes... I am Katie, a fun and energetic woman who was born and raised in San Diego. I am the mother of a smart and beautiful 4 year old who is the most important person in my life. I also love my career as a teacher; you may laugh but I have always wanted to be a teacher and couldn't imagine doing anything else. I am a caring, strong, and independent woman. These days I'm into hiking Cowles Mountain and I am always challenging myself to improve on my fastest time.
I have a good sense of humor, I know how to have a good time, and I also know when it's time for "best behavior" (I think that comes from being a teacher as I have to be good all day and then I can cut loose and let my hair down when the bell rings).
My friends would describe me as a level headed, fun low drama kind of girl who doesn't let the little things get to her. My dad always taught me that we are in charge of our own happiness and that is something I truly believe... life is too short to get caught up in all the drama. I love San Diego and all it has to offer, but I also like to experience new things. I generally see the silver lining in life and I am looking for a person to share that with.
