I guess that is part of the adventurous side of me. My everyday focus is on nice dinners (out or in) with stimulating conversations and exploring the local areas with an occasional get away. I enjoy cooking. Most consider my cooking very good! Stimulating conversation should include things about your day. The good and the not so good are welcomed along with what you found stimulating in your day.
I like to be active and also enjoy movie days at home... now and then. Really enjoy being social with friends and family. Not looking to retire soon, but am looking forward to slowing down and enjoying the time being given to me. Like most, I enjoy traveling. I don't find the time to do it as often as I would like. I do enjoy weekend getaways, such as to Napa and shorter day trips somewhere on our lovely coast.
I believe in attraction at first site not love at first site. In my mind, love is acquired and nurtured over time.
I am a psychologist and my current focus is working behaviorally with children that have developmental disabilities, such as autism. My post doc area of focus was psychoanalytic based therapy. Conflicting to some I suppose... I spent a long time with my own therapy and my baggage will always be a part of me, but not something that another has to carry.
