But I left that to open what has become a successful organic brewery-restaurant. I very much believe in sustainable living and bring that to my business. I lived in Madrid for a couple of years after college - learned more about history, culture, how others see the States and best of all fluent Spanish - the richest experience of my life (aside from having kids!).
