How to describe oneself, for me that is somewhat difficult but here goes. I guess if you asked any of the people close to me they would say that I?m: loyal, kind, loving, happy, most of the time, fun to be around, energetic, neat and clean, hard worker, has good hygiene, dedicated, generous, in shape and look and act younger than my years. I would like find the missing half, the love of my life. I have to admit that I was very skeptical at first, online dating that is. However, I decided that if this was the way I was to find my mate for life, I would be open to the possibility of finding her here.
I believe that everything in life happens for a reason, good and bad. That your past does not have to equal your present or for that matter your future. I never hold the past against anyone. I believe that we have two lives we live so to speak, the one we learn with and the one we live after that, learning from those failures and successes. I have a strong faith in God and I try to live my life in that way. I sometimes fall off of that path, as I suspect most of us do, but I strive to live a good life and treat other the way I would like to be treated.
I have an eleven year old son who is great and he is the world to me. He keeps me on my toes, especially being into 3 different sports year round! I also have 2 other children, 24 year old daughter and a 27 year old son. My daughter, who was recently married, lives in Texas and my son lives in Wisconsin with his wife and 3 children.
What I am looking for in a woman. First and foremost, she has to be loyal and sincere; I believe are the most important traits in a person. If there is no trust, there is no relationship. I want someone who is independent, but not so independent that they lack feeling or are cold. My partner must be feminine, sexy, passionate, hardworking and neat, she likes to get little surprises, (I love to give the person in my life little surprises when they least expect it), and someone who is not embarrassed by public displays of affection, holding hands, for example. I need a woman to accept me for who I am and I will accept them in this way as well. I would like us to complement each other, and that's not to say that we have to be the same or have all of the same interests.
What I am attracted to physically in a woman: someone who takes care of herself likes to wear high heels and a pretty dress or some great jeans. Someone who is comfortable in whatever; hanging around the house, going for a bike ride or going to the gym. It is also very important that she is into staying in shape and eating right most of the time. I think that this is an important part of a relationship. We both should be attracted to each other to what's on the inside but also to what's on the outside as well.
In closing I just wanted to add, please be a person of your word. Do what you say and mean what you say. I write this because in the short time I have been on match, I have found that this is not always the case. For instance: all of your photos are up to date?, at least in the span of the last two years, if we contact each other and decide to talk on the phone follow through please. Also, winks are flattering I suppose, but if you are really interested in contacting me an email is much more prefered. Tells me that it is worth your time...:-)

As far as my "ideal" match... Well, I can tell you I don't have a particular "type," physically speaking. Hair color, body shape and size, eye color, etc. -- doesn't matter much to me.
