I owned a florist for 19 years, and sold it in 2009. Currently I work part time and go to school part time to re-train myself in bookkeeping , and accounting . It's nice to have balance (Work/Life Balance that is......) as life is too short to take things too seriously. God only knows I've been through it all and I can explain more later. People (which includes friends & acquaintances alike) at work love me cause I try my best to make things fun and enjoyable. I'm in the IT Field and its high pressure if we allow it to get to us. So you can only imagine now what goes on at work but we can go into more details later too. I love my job and more so now as I'll be given the chance to telecommute from home and/or work from a satellite office that is blocks away from where I live. What does this mean? No more 45-50 miles one-way travel to get to work - yay!
Now back to FUN: I love to cook and make some mean BBQ, my friends often ask me to bring racks of ribs for the potlucks we plan in the summer or events at work. I enjoy traveling and have recently gone to Italy, going sailing with my sister and her family to Catalina and currently planning a trip to either Puerto Rico or possibly India with my girlfriends. Saving the France trip for that true love that's out there for me - so what are you waiting for? Another place I've enjoyed is Oahu - this is paradise and would love to go back at some point in time.
Who knows where this relationship could take us? Hopefully something that would grow in time and is fostered by both parties. Only time will tell. You know how to get a hold of me, if interested.
