The best way to clear your head is to feel the wind in your face. I love to ride in a boat, fly up the intercostal on a jet ski or be on the back of a motorcycle. If I can't make one of those happen, then stand on the end of a pier and smell the salt water. Obviously, I'm all about anything water.
