What I'm like would be summed up as honest, kind, fair, silly, loyal, absent minded at times with a tinge of respectful impatience, and challenged as a fashionista. Can laugh at myself when trying to maneuver straight in heels and do prefer tennis shoes.

Meet a woman from Fairhope, United States. I love riding harleys,custom chopper, etc., NOT rice burners. I don't own one but I sure do know how to ride "****".U can go from jeans and t-shirt to dress and heels with no problem. The wind and sun on my face while riding is great. Hanging out with friends and playing pool or darts is always fun. Oh, and playing poker, blackjack or most any other game is a great time to fill up an otherwise boring night. Surfing the internet (who doesn't love doing that?) Biker rallies and events. Fairs, rodeo's, drag races are all fun but only in person. Can't standing watching races or football games on t.v. Attending is waaaay more exciting.

I'm so attractive to a "bad boy". Biker, cowboy, trucker. It doesn't matter.
I grew up in the 80's and, so, love 80's music, what everyone calls classic rock. I consider classic rock from the 60's, which I love. Country is great to dance to. I actually like all kind of music except hard core rap.
Hanging out at "the bar" for a night of fun is always good for a waste of time, watching other people interact is soooo interesting. (It's kinda like being a peeping tom. lol)
Staying at home watching t.v. or reading is just fine with me, as well. I'm a science fiction junkie, whether a movie or a book, I can't get enough sci-fi. I love watching LOST (I'd say, "who doesn't", but I've actually talked to people who actually doesn't!), NCIS, CSI, Nurse Jackie, The Tudors, Breaking Bad, Weeds, all of the Stargate series. Just to kinda let you know that I'm a diverse person.
Oh, here is something that seems to be important to alot of people. I am not religious. I guess you'd say I'm agnostic. I don't want to talk about religion nor do I wish to be "converted". I don't need to be "saved". So, if this is a problem for you, don't even try to say "hi" to me. I'm to set in my ways and am not gonna change now. I'm very happy with my beliefs.
My cleverness and intelligence sets me apart from most other's but don't like to flaunt it. I really am truly humble! I can be a smartass but usually in a good way and for fun. I don't like to say things to anyone that might hurt or humiliate. I don't see the point in that. I hold dear sentimental things from the past and love it when someone "adds" to my little collection.
I am very trusting and take people at their word. I've been "burned" a lot in the past because of this trait. I hope that people, especially those that are closest to you, would treat you with respect and they way they would want to be treated. But, apparently, it doesn't work that way. I put my trust and faith into someone that I would never in a million years, lie to me. And not once, but over and over, over a long period of time. Actually asked me to have faith in him, and then found out so many things were lies. So, I guess I'm a bit jaded now. I don't want to be! I want to have that kind of relationship with someone that is pure and true, honest and open. I don't know if I'll ever be able to open that part of me again. It would take someone a long time and a lot of effort to pry that open again.

I love cooking and love travel. As for cooking I love making soups, asian and mexican dishes.. I am also southern and thus required to love making desserts! I have gone a few great places in my lfe but there are many more I want to see and experience. I am not one for a vacation in the same spot year after year. That being said there is nothing like a weekend in new orleans - where old favorites haunts are wonderful to revisit and there is always a new experience or new wonderful meal to be had!
I can be emotional and mushy. News stories about children or animals can make me a bit teary and make my children roll their eyes at me! I have pets and love them dearly and can't imagine not having a critter or two around the house.
I love science and medicine, psychology and sociology. I love listening to NPR and annoy my kids with that as well. Finding someone seeks out knowledge,learns every day and has an interest in world events is important for me. I love reading, not just for escape, but for getting a new perspective. Not that there is anything wrong with the occasional beach read.
I have a strong faith in God but don't want religion in my politics. I am left leaning but have no problem with those who don't share my views, so long as mutual respect is given both ways. I am an oldest child and have all those good as well as annoying traits that come along with being the oldest.
More than anything, I am hoping to find someone who has self awareness. We all have gifts and imperfection! I hope to find someone who is insightful about their gifts as well as the ways in which they have yet to grow. Also someone who treats the world kindly, someone who is gentle with people and animals and with themselves.

How do I describe myself?...Well here goes...lol...I am intellegent independant woman, who is a RN by profession...I have two beautiful kids, one is in college my son is 13...My daugther is studying Marine Biology and my son plays tournament baseball, enjoys hunting and fishing...I have been divorced 4 years and if I told how long I was married most of you would go WOW...LOL...I am neither drama or high maintenace (except for Starbuck Coffee)...LOL..I enjoy laughing...It is my APHRODISIAC...LOL

Date a woman from United States. well first of all i think its important to just meet and relax, have fun for a while and get to know each other. to be honest the reason that online dating hasn't really worked for me is that we put up too many barriers in our way before we even begin to get to know one another.
i love to laugh and have an intelligent sense of humor. i love to read and learn and also explore things that i know very little about whether it be local geography - i love the delta and love spending time seeing the natural sights, but i also like to explore other urban cultural experiences too.
