I read the New York Times every morning. I just read this article about how so many Americans are attracted to Buddhism . Interesting. I recently read Man's Search for Meaning by Viktor Frankl about his forgiveness of his WWII concentration camp captors. Incredible. I only wish I could be that forgiving. I'm working on it. You can see that I'm doing a lot of "working on it."
Although I loved it for many years, I'm currently a refugee from my own consulting business in teaching executives how to write. I worked with Fortune 500 companies and kept many of them as clients for years. I found I had a talent for persuasive writing so worked with many law firms as well. I've left that harried life in my search for peace, harmony, giggles, and balance.
I love animals. I love children although I have none of my own. I love movies, usually small offbeat ones. I love Masterpiece Theater (re?) and documentaries. I have two grown children: one still in college, and one a boomerang kid. I love my kids, but am not looking to raise any more. My kids make me proud, and watching them is reaffirming.

Being one's shadow is constricting. Balancing out each other is key.
I have always been conscious of staying fit and never would ever LET MYSELF GO! ( Being in the Fashion Industry has always been my passion) I have as much energy as my kids and often told my daughter and I look like sisters. I think there is a difference between being hyper and having lots of energy. I pack a great deal into my day and have learned to balance work, responibilities, and play time. Every day is a gift and I take advantage of that. I want to share my enthusiasm with someone special...who is on the same page mentally and emotionally.
