I've got pretty diverse interests and don't really have a "type". Are you into the arts? Great. Like cars? Nice. Work out? Me too, 4 days a week. But do you also like food and to eat. Yea, my weakness. Have you been challenged but have endured? For sure.
The main thing is to balance all of life's opportunities and challenges and for me to get out of myself. That's why volunteering is so important. It's one of my passions. And it's why I work out. Sure there's self improvement, but for me it helps with balance. It's not easy and natural for me, but I'm committed and I work at it.
And then there's all the rest. The sports and arts, hobbies, great friends, family. For me that includes travel, classic cars, food and wine, and sometimes just hanging out. DATING IS LIKE SHOPPING FOR A GOOD PAIR OF ADIDAS SHOES
You have an idea in your head of what you are looking for, but then you have to get out there and try things on. Sometimes you can see a pair of ADIDAS SHOES that look great on the shelf. You try them on only to find out that they are the wrong color, wrong size, too tight, too loose, or will only go with skinny jeans and not your favorite pair of jeans. So you keep looking for the perfect pair. The one that's already on your mind. Often it will take many hours of "shopping" and multiple stops at multiple stores until you find the one you were looking for all along.
I am not looking for a pair of ADIDAS SHOES here. I am looking for a SINGLE LADY between MID-30s to EARLY 70's, (NO EXCEPTIONS) strong and confident, and someone that is my type; (i.e. that I am attracted to). So far the teen years have been very kind to me, but with my daughter now driving and my son soon learning in a few more months, my hair is getting a more "distinguished" salt and pepper look :) As far as dating goes I've been divorced for some time now and finding a partner that I really enjoy spending time with is a priority. I'm active and enjoy the outdoors. I love sports and enjoy coaching my sons baseball team. I'm always up for a trip to Tahoe, Carmel, Napa Valley and definitely Vegas. I have a great sense of humor and don't take life too seriously. I enjoy dinner and drinks with family and friends and even enjoy shopping.
