Meet a man from United States. Sorry, this feels a little awkward--how to describe myself in glowing, attractive terms without embellishing too much.... I'm a serious Christian but not really a very serious guy. Some people think I'm really funny. Really. I have a very dry sense of humor, sometimes so dry that even I don't get it. I'm very honest and fiercely loyal. I exercise as much as I can. I like to run and try to take care of myself. Or maybe I'm just vain. I'm pretty outdoorsy, and would like my match to share a love of being outside. I have no tattoos or piercings. Also, I don't have a mullet.
Since I've been on match for awhile (although I'm still not a dues-paying member in good standing) I've learned that women want a man of stature. Unfortunately, I don't measure up, as I am a diminutive and miniscule 5'6" . Most women seem to want to travel. I went on a cruise once............Okinawa to mainland Japan below decks on a Navy troopship full of Marines, most of whom smoked. A lot of women want a man who makes bank. In the interest of full disclosure, I barely make enough to scratch by. The good news is that if, someday, in the providence of God I meet someone, they'll have to love me for me, not for money or stuff or possessions or standing, cause I ain't got none. And I'll wait a lifetime rather than settle.

Dedicated, caring, committed, loving and passionate only begins to describe the person I am to that special women…I desire to experience life with! This special women would “Reciprocate” the same to me…hence I’m looking for my soul mate.
I am definitely a romantic at heart, not afraid to share my inner feelings with that special women…yet I desire to wrap my arms around her, embracing her for comfort and love when she needs it. Oh yes, I enjoy watching movies, including romances! Some of my favorites are Hanover Street, The Painted Vail, Raiders of the lost Ark series, all Harrison Ford movies, Tomb Raider series … and an occasional comedy.
On the ideal date, we would enjoy a long slow dinner out, talking and gazing in to each other’s eyes as we experience each others inner and outer beauty. I not interested in vain talk or building egos, but looking to experience and taste life with my soul mate. A nice stroll down the street after dinner, hand-in-hand would start the late evening…or a walk in the rain is a definite plus!
Indoors wise, love to cook with that special person, I don’t like watching too much television, but enjoy some PBS Food and travel shows, especially Globe Trekker and similar shows. I also enjoy listening/watching daily investment business shows over various Medias. Books I enjoy reading include National Geographic, IBD, stock investing books and the Bible. Going out to an occasional movie or Theatre play is also fun. Lastly, I enjoy doing home repairs and modifications, a real do-it-your selfer.
Outdoors events wise, I enjoy attending Jazz concerts, dancing-especially slow dancing, live music and day trips to the city or distant towns, visiting art museums. Other activities includes walks hand-in-hand on the beach, lots of hiking (especially high altitude), mountain bicycling and lastly occasional camping, baseball games and race car events. My passion is going to the gym 3 times per week, cycling 1-2 times per week and golfing every couple of month’s rounds out my sports activities. However, I do not like football or basketball, but I do cherish being very physically active!
Lastly, that women I want to spend time with must be a good communicator, honest, understanding, fair, confident, opinionated and fun to be with. She should not be afraid to express her love, passion and desires to her man. At times, she would take charge during passionate love making…easily showing her mature sexuality.
Finally, some of the things I am NOT includes being a couch potato, player, lazy, dishonest, hard hearted, poor communicator, unreliable, bad listener, poor contributor and lastly egotistic.
