Date a man from California, United States. In the past, I was a bit of a workaholic. Helped start a software start-up, then left it after six long years to do my own thing. I've done well in building a nice lifestyle business, but I expect to grow it into a real business over the coming years. I try to learn something new each year, so I've picked up a random assortment of mediocre skills (sailing, anyone?). This has come useful in tricking my friends that I'm more interesting than I really am ;) I was raised in the South, and I consider that a pretty big defining trait of who I am.

I have tons of (close) female friends, and I think they've finally worn me down in having me sign up on this site (they threatened to set one up - I'm figuring it's better if I do it myself).
