Date single man from Artesia, United States. I think it's hard to convey your personality through these sections but I'll try...
My family and friends would describe me as funny, witty, creative, intelligent, and easy going.. That's a pretty good sample size since I have a lot of cousins. Hehe
I am an archaeologist by trade and an actor (mostly theater) when I have the time, but I'm actually going back to school to become a respiratory therapist. I grew up in both the Philippines and Southern California. I studied abroad for a year in France and since then I've been bit by the travel bug! I would say I have a good amount of life experience. I make the most of what I have and situations that I'm in because life is short so I don't sweat the small stuff.
I'm passionate about food/cooking, dancing, sports, music, exploring new places, things, and ideas. I am looking for someone to share in adventures whether it's a new restaurant or going to Peru or just laying on a beach all day. I enjoy someone who is low maintenance, family oriented, gracious, spontaneous, intellectually and sexually aware (dunno why I grouped that together), has rhythm, will watch the lakers, open minded, loves food, values honesty, and treat people kindly.
I'm very new to online dating and I admit I'm kind of skeptical but I try to stay open minded... :)
Meet someone special from Artesia, United States. I'm an engineer by training, an artist by imagination, a photographer by passion, and a philosopher when I'm none of the above. I think I'd win a contest for the person with the most congested left brain/right brain highway. As much as I love the Web, computers, and all things engineering, it's tempered with a curiosity for great music, culture, arts, and religion. I try to know enough that I'm able to add something to any conversation be it the state of indie rock, foreign policy, or why "C is for cookie".
I pretty independent in that enjoy doing photography and traveling by myself as I am with joining a group of friends for a night out on the town. I also lucky to have a really large extended family in Southern California and a lot of my time goes into birthdays, anniversaries, and graduations
Here's a random list of things I like in no particular order:
- Listening to good music: indie rock, electronica, world, classical, and anything new
- Photography: I've got a Canon DSLR that I take almost everywhere. Last big trip was to Mexico to photograph "Dia De Los Muertos".
- Arts: Getty/LACMA/MOCA and random street art. I also recently started attending the LA Opera and it's been fun.
- Food: Finding new vegetarian restaurants or cooking new fusion dishes at home (Indo-Chinese for example). My family has been vegetarian for over 5 generations so it's in the DNA!
I'm looking for someone who is intellectually curious, can keep up a good conversation, and grounded.
