Date someone special from United States. If I had to choose one word to describe myself, I'd say I was a bit of an adventurer. This is because I try to live my life to the fullest, and don't shy away from the challenges it may bring.
I enjoy challenging myself because I am goal oriented, and have spent the past few years becoming a better version of myself. My love for running speaks to this. I am an avid runner, and have progressed to trail running. I also enjoy participating in local race events throughout the year. I'm really looking forward to my first marathon this year! I am definitely not land-locked either, as I enjoy water sports too. On the top of my bucket list, becoming scuba certified!
Taking better care of myself and the success that I've achieved at work contribute to who I am today; a positive, ambitious, confident person. But since all those adjectives may sound one dimensional, I would also say that I am a genuinely nice guy (which I hear is a rare find these days,) honest, witty, well humored, fun, and easy going.
I am hoping to find someone who compliments me, and to share in the adventures we create for ourselves. I look forward to meeting you soon!
Meet a soulmate from United States. In reading some profiles (yes, my did learned I ABC's before - just never learn good gammer), I've decided to revamp the profile a bit. Btw, I sincerely apologize for the atrocious grammar above. My OCD self is really struggling with not doing something about that... Ahhhh!!! Okay I'll leave it.
Here we go, BLUF (bottom line up front).
I currently live in OC, but commute to San Diego everyday despite me owning a home in SD. I guess this can be a conversation starter later...
I'm looking for someone with a big heart, sweet disposition, a warm-from-the-belly-laugh, not afraid to stand their ground, open to trying new things, willing to cook and clean up after my monstrous mess (jk! Being in the Marine Corps has reinforced my need to keep a clean domicile), someone who thinks Calvin Hobbes is hilarious, and willing to be a ballroom dance partner for life. Yes, you heard that correctly. A ballroom dance partner. But don't worry about being a beginner. We can learn together. That being said, you're going to have be shorter than 5'6", because I'm 5'7-8".. any taller with heels and we'd look like a strangely out of placed couple. I just think there's something incredibly beautiful about moving together as one and acting as a team without speaking a word. It is, perhaps, my metaphor for life.
I don't expect you to do everything I do - go-kart racing, motorcycle riding, golf, fishing, etc, but I would love it if you participated/tried or approved, just as I would do this for you. Outside of that, I'm open to meeting just about anyone. However, let's be friends first.
Beware: I Laugh... A ... Lot. And I tear up when I laugh hard.
Anyway, I look forward to meeting you... and if not, good luck on your search!
Date a man from United States. II'm a laid back guy who really enjoys movies, tv, books, video games, pretty much anything that can be geeked out over but I'm also a great listener and enjoy good conversation about pretty much any topic. I've got a healthy sense of humor and love a gal who can laugh at most anything.
Ideally I'd love to meet someone who has similar interests but not identical. Differences can keep things interesting and I love learning about new things. Someone who's comfortable having a night in or a night out. A laid back lady who's comfortable in jeans and a t-shirt, no pressure.
