I'm Louie. I'm a 3rd generation Mexican/American/Catholic. Needless to say, but I have have a HUGE loving family. So if your not family oriented, chances are, it won't work. I've worked for Kaiser Permanente in pharmacy services for 11 years. I like my job, but at times it can be very stressful. I have 2 dogs. Queen & Bishop. They keep me on me toes and I love them dearly! I was very athletic growing up, participating in baseball, football, wrestling and some martial arts (judo & Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu). I suffered a bad back injury in 2008 that put me on the shelf for quite a while. 3 months ago I was released by my physician to start working out. Since then, I have lost 65lbs and look forward to shedding a whole lot more! Wrestling was my main sport and now that I'm able to get back on the mat, I'm now a high school wrestling coach. Im also a volunteer for a community youth wrestling club. Yes, I work will kids ranging from ages 4-17. Its awesome!
Ok... Music. I'm a HUGE music lover. I'm a vinyl collector and I will blast music in my garage every now and then. I'm into so many genres of music, that there are too many to name.

My passion is helping others grow and catching a glimpse of life through their eyes. Learning and experiencing new things with others, whether it's exploring an undiscovered mountain trail, taking some kind of outdoor or artsy class... or traveling to a foreign country... I've found the best way to really experience life is to get out of the comfort zone, like white water rafting! I want the people around me to be happy, so I try to help them in every way I can. Even if (and especially if) it's by doing something small like giving a back rub or cracking a super lame joke. I love running and have run a couple half marathons and 10Ks this year with more to come!

Just finished my graduate degree in engineering and landed a great job in Denver but even with that, what I really want to do is to go vacation in the Cayman Islands, explore Europe to see marvels such as the Pantheon of Rome and Renaissance art in Venice, and play romantic songs on the piano for your listening pleasure as I played growing up. It'd be fun to experience all this and more... and to get lost in your eyes ; )

Date a soulmate from California, United States. I'd like to think of my day to day existence as planned spontaneity. I have an outline, and some semblance of a plan, but I highly doubt its going to work the way I think it is. And that sounds just fine to me.
I grew up in DC, grauduated high school overseas in Southeast Asia, and I moved to Colorado in the late '90's to go to school up in Boulder. Once I got here I found I loved it out west.
I know I can't write about myself, so I figure I'll leave a few brain droppings and see what develops:
1) I’ve never been skydiving. I say this because I’ve noticed that everyone on this site posts a picture of them jumping out of a plane if they have indeed gone and done that sort of thing. I do have to admit; it does look pretty fun.
2) I am not afraid to wear pink. Actually, I look good in pink. I have a few pink golf shirts that I rock early and often. To be honest, one is more of a raspberry than pink, but you get the idea.
3) I’m terrified of snakes. I saw one on the golf course a while back, and it ruined my concentration for the next hour. I was sure that the 4 inch garter snake was going to tell all his friends about my existence, and if I went within two feet of a hazard or OB marker, I would be eaten alive. And no, I don’t think I was overreacting at all.
4) The most played song on my iPod is �Ramble on Rose’ followed by �She Talks to Angels’. I’m as surprised as you are. I was sure it was going to be something embarrassing like �Word Up’ by Cameo.
5) Speaking of music, a goal of mine is to determine the worst at-bat song possible for a major leaguer. My top two thus far are �Alone’ by Heart, and �Take my Breath Away’ from Top Gun. I would laugh for days if I ever heard one of those tunes at Coors Field. Any suggestions are welcome.
6) I’ve committed myself to run a 5K this fall. I know, big deal, but hear me out. I am going to participate in the Gorilla Run because I can race in a full gorilla outfit, while dressing my 8 year old in a banana outfit. Then I can chase him around Denver for an hour. I love this idea. He’s in agreement. Yes, these are the things I come up with in my spare time…

My personality/character traits are confidence, kindness, respectful, sarcastic(in a joking/playful manner),a bit stubborn at times, and determined. I'm one of the nice guys by default. As you may have guessed through the images, I'm an amateur photographer. A hobbyist would be more appropriate. I love photography as it is my outlet from a laborious work week and class. It teaches me patience, how to embrace many personalities, and appreciate the many dynamics of life. I'm also student on a mission to become a Software Programmer. The youngest of 3 older sisters and I have a awesome mom. Love running..well..running would be overstating it. I love "jogging". It is my new love. Terrified of spiders but I love snakes. No kids with exception of myself.
Perhaps it is due to age but I have no desire to waste your time nor mine. If I am interested in you, then I will be forthcoming in letting you know.
