Date people from California, United States. A little about my self first. I work hard and I enjoy my time off. I enjoy my work, I love my time off. A west coast child, raised in Mexico, educated in California. My friends and family scatter mostly the west coast; Carmel, Bay Area, L.A., and Portland, so I end up there on a regular enough basis. I love them all especially since the people I love are there. My favorite things have to be the mountains and the outdoors. I feel content and at peace if can find my self out and about somewhere on a regular basis. I really like getting in my car and just going everywhere and any where. I end up finding my self in Gardnerville, NV (the lil' town I used to live in) and Lake Tahoe almost too often (key word there "almost") in the winter, and where ever the journey will take me come spring, summer, and fall.
I believe that cooking is an expression of love. Actually, I think that most of what we do is ultimately an expression of our love or who we are. So I believe in doing most things right and with passion. I love good food, and am lucky enough to have been raised on good grub and sitting at the table and sharing meals with family and friends. I like to tinker with things and constantly ponder odd things. I find the world around me to be such a wonderful, mysterious, and beautiful experience. Through the thick and the thin, the growth we get to experience as a being through life is such a wonderful gift no mater what the obstacles. I own my house, have a successful career, loving family, great friends, love to give back to the community and am looking for a like minded person. I am a healthy person who likes to be active. God only gave me one body so I figure I had better take care of it. I do like frozen yogurt, pizza and hamburgers but tend to eat healthy more often than not. I think exercise is important but it can be a simple walk for a half hour. I want to be with somebody who is financially stable and has thought about their future. I want to retire at 55 and travel all over the place. If we work hard, we should be able to play hard. If you plan for that now, take care of your mind and body, hopefully retirement life will really be the golden years.
