I grew up on a small island in Sweden so I figured if I'm going to live in Los Angeles, I need to be close to the ocean since it keeps me grounded. I love the beach and spend most of my free time riding down the bike path in search of some great food and something tasty to drink.
I was in a relationship for a long time and learned quite a bit about myself during that time, but also what it takes to be a part of one. I have two great kids and they are simply the best, I would do anything for them.
I'm comfortable in most social settings, whether it may be at a black tie event or, wearing flip flops talking to some random person at the beach. I love a good night out, but, unless i'm invited or it's a work thing, you'll find me at home with a book or catching up on some movies.
I am a one woman kind of guy, I have never cheated on anyone, and I say that with a clear concience. So if I commit I, I know what it means to do so.
Im kind, usually calm, unless the Detroit Red Wings are playing, hmm, all I can say is I scream out extremely loud when they score, but, I am not a sore loser and will say good game to you if you like hockey and have a different precious team in mind... I'll forgive you eventually... :-)
I write and produce music for a living and I love what I do, which makes really me good at it.

One would hope there is more to us than can fit in this little text box, but try we must. I strive for equilibrium in life and personal growth is important to me. My free time is typically consumed with outdoor activities such as rock climbing, hiking, camping, yoga, running, snowboarding, volleyball - and this year swimming - a friend and made a pact that 2012 was our year for a sprint triathlon. Needless to say the swimming portion is not our forte.
My taste of humor is sometimes twisted and at times raunchy. I am a music lover (addict may be another word) and have a soundtrack to my life pretty much all the time. I actively play guitar and compose music in my free time. By profession, I am a Network Engineer. I enjoy what I do; its technically and personally challenging. I enjoy reading, when time permits. I love learning and being challenged in all ways. I also have a great love for animals and nature in as a whole which I attribute somewhat to my growing up in New England. I live with two cats, although I'm a fan of most pets and dream of having a dog one day. My family is very important to me - I visit them in Connecticut several times a year - it's always such a grounding experience.
